If a tenant does not leave or resolve issues by the date stated within either the Section 8 Notice or the Section 21 Notice we can commence possession proceedings via county court to obtain a possession order.

During this stage we complete and submit the complete possession application bundle to court, including all copies of all evidence required and an SRA regulated Landlord and Tenant expert eviction solicitor represents you in court to present your case.

Possession can only be granted by a court, gaining possession by any other means could be unlawful and a criminal offence.

There are different methods by which possession applications can be made, the method used will depend on the circumstances.
